Makulaku are known throughout Northern Europe for producing a wide range of bright & colourful fondant liquorice sweets in a range of juicy flavours that they have been producing since 1994.
They are based in Porvoo, Finland and operate out of a factory that is partly powered by geothermal energy where they have been producing liquorice since 1994.
We have been fans for a good while now, just waiting for the right time to introduce some of the range.
We have started with the sweet ‘rock’ varieties in: apple, lemon, strawberry, orange, chocolate and peppermint flavours.

Can I get Maku Laku in gluten free ?
The “new” Maku Laku range of fondant liquorice sweets look amazing… and not a single flavour suitable for Vegetarians as every single one has GELATINE. Such a shame. There are substitutes out there!!
