Packaging and delivery
We offer same day shipping if you order before noon (Orders placed after midday Friday will be dispatched Monday).
If you spend £20 (After discounts) UK delivery is free.
We offer upgraded Express delivery options to the UK, please see our Packaging & Delivery page for full details and limitations.
The individual products are packed in a range of styles - resealable pouches, jars, tins etc.
We ship every order in a box to ensure your liquorice arrives in pristine condition. Where possible, we will use a letterbox friendly box.
We use Royal Mail and we will send you a tracking number via email when we notify you of dispatch.
UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Please note that we can ship a maximum of 2kg internationally (Non UK). If you'd like to order more, please get in touch.
Please allow 3-5 days working from dispatch for delivery and check the tracking via the link provided in the dispatch notification email. If you think your package has gone missing, please contact us
In the unlikely event that your order has gone missing in the post, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Simply enter the text you'd like the recipient to receive in the gift note section of your basket before you check out
Don't worry! We don't include paper invoices with any orders. We send them via email to the purchaser (Yourself) to save on uneccessary paperwork.

Yes! We offer 10% off a first order with us when you sign up to our newsletter. When you have signed up, we will email you a discount code. This is valid for our entire range, including artisan brands such as Lakrids by Bülow
We do offer a discount off a future order in retufor feedback (We love it!) - just leave a review of the products you last purchased from us on our website. Once the review has been submitted we will email you a discount code!
