Ways to use club points
Spending your hard-earned points is easy. Simply apply your points for a personal discount code to use at checkout. Please note that discounts cannot be combined with discount codes from newsletter signups or reviews. Order discounts (e.g. £2 off) cannot be combined with product discounts (e.g. buy 4 get 1 free)

You can join the club by signing up / signing into your account on our website. Registration is free and simple: just provide your name, email, and create a password or sign in with Shopify Shop.
You'll start earning points immediately (as a welcome gift) and with every purchase.

This can be a pain! Shopify (Our ecommerce provider) set this up with the best intent. It is a security measure but is overzealous. As an alternative, Shopify allows the creation of a pass key that can be used on both desktop and mobile.

The steps on a web browser are as follows:
- Log into Shop using a web browser (Click here).
- In the Confirm it's you section, verify your account by SMS or email.
- In the Login & security section, under Passkeys, click Add.
- On the Create a passkey for shopify.com dialog, click Continue.
- Follow the prompts to verify your identity on your browser.
Earn points every time you shop with us. For every pound spent, you earn at least one point (It varies depending on tier and newsletter subscription status). Additional points can be earned through special promotions, activities (Such as leaving reviews), and by purchasing selected items.

You can redeem your points by using them in return for discount codes (Usually with a 6 month expiry) that are then applied at checkout.

This is a bit of a mixed bag! We’ve not yet got everything working exactly as we would like it to.
We want to be as flexible as possible, but we also need to make sure we still make enough money to keep the business viable. In addition, we have multiple pieces of software that create codes and they don't all speak to one another. Therefore, we’ve had to limit the combinations that can be applied so that we don’t make a loss.
Sure! We are keen to know about any problems so that we can fix them! Setting up the club and points system was pretty complex and we expect the odd issue.
