"Dark Liquorice" is a premium organic marshmallow from The Mallows™, a company founded by Emma Bülow, the sister of Johan Bülow (and founder of Lakrids by Bülow).
These gourmet organic marshmallows are coated with liquorice and Belgian milk chocolate. The delicious chocolate is dusted with crunchy liquorice granules and sweet liquorice powder.
The mallows are denser and more chewy than the traditional English variety, nearer to nougat but with a strong mallow taste.
