In regards to the current situation with Covid-19 we would like to share some information with you to keep you up to date with our operations.
Our focus is to maintain 'Business as Usual' service and providing uninterrupted service to you, our valued customer, whilst remaining diligent and responsive to government recommendations and guidance.
We want to reassure you that our UK warehouse is well stocked so we expect minimal product shortages as a result of the current situation.
We are continuing to take orders over the phone 8am-5:30pm on weekdays or 24/7 via our website.
Rest assured we are going above and beyond NHS / Government / WHO recommendations on cleaning & sanitisation procedures.
In addition, to minimise the risk of Covid-19 affecting our business or customers we have taken the following steps:
- We are no longer accepting visitors or customer collections from our office or warehouse.
- All non-essential staff are now working from home
- We have agreed social distancing measures with all of our couriers.
- Unfortunately, we have also taken the decision not to attend any future markets for the foreseeable future
We sincerely wish that the impact on our customers, their families and their businesses, is minimal.
