A creamy salty caramel core is surrounded by a thin layer of liquorice (made with raw liquorice and anise oil) and covered with milk chocolate and a crunchy sugar shell.
They provide a delicious variation of crunchy, soft, chewy and creamy. Chocolate and salt caramel with a hint of raw liquorice!
Sambó is a family-owned chocolate and liquorice confectionery company based in Reykjavík, Iceland. With over 57 years in the industry, they are pioneers of fusing the best liquorice and chocolate in the world. They are well known in their home country for the liquorice they produce using a recipe they perfected over 50 years ago.
