Sambó Snjóboltar - If you are going to eat snowballs, these have to be it!
A chalky white crispy sugar & vanilla shell surrounds slightly dark milk chocolate and a soft and slightly chewy salt liquorice core.
If you chew them they have a satisfying crunch from the shell, a soft texture from the chocolate and liquorice and a little bit of chewy resistance from the core. The use of a darker than average milk chocolate means that these aren't quite so sweet as might be expected and the combination of flavours works together perfectly for a real treat.
