Lakrids Liquorice E - White Chocolate Coated Salty Liquorice

Lakrids E is a pairing of white chocolate and a salty liquorice core. As the creamy white chocolate melts in your mouth, small pockets of intriguing raw liquorice powder are revealed, making it a perfectly balanced sweet-salty experience.

Lakrids hails from the small, artisanal Danish island of Bornholm. This liquorice is the world’s first handcrafted gourmet liquorice and comes from the world’s smallest liquorice factory. They are created by Johan Bülow, using only the finest ingredients and avoiding the use of all artificial flavours.

53% white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, WHOLE MILK POWDER, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, natural vanilla flavour), 18% sugar, rice flour, invert sugar syrup, treacle, 4.8 % raw liquorice, 1.3 % ammonium chloride, rapeseed oil, salt, glazing agents (gum arabic, carnauba wax, shellac), colour: iron oxide, anise oil. Minimum 27 % cocoa solids. Gluten free. Protect from heat and moisture.

We send all our sweets out in boxes, to ensure they arrive undamaged and in pristine condition on arrival. The majority of our postal packaging is made from recycled materials and 100% of it is recyclable. Once you have received your liquorice, we encourage you to help us protect the planet by recycling it

For freshness, the sweets themselves are wrapped in food-safe vegetable-based plastic which is biodegradable, as are the labels. Once you have finished enjoying your liquorice, please dispose of in the same way as you deal with your waste vegetable matter.

To minimise potentially unnecessary paperwork, we don’t include an invoice/receipt with the delivery but a link to a printable copy can be found on your order confirmation email.
