Did you know that you can make a basic but tasty liquorice syrup with any of our black liquorice sweets, some water and a pan? Just put about 200ml of water in a pan per 100g of liquorice sweets and bring to the boil. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat and gently simmer for around 15 minutes, stirring often. Et voilà, you will have a lovely dark liquorice syrup in front of you!
